Refund policy
We do not offer returns. Every purchase is final. Refunds are conditional and can only be given if a customer has not received their order within a month or is given a partial refund in place of an item ordered by mistake. If you have ordered and do not want your item, you MUST contact us by email within a 24 hour period of when the order was originally placed.
We are not responsible for any lost packages. Once we have your order shipped, it is the post office's responsibility. But, if you are ever concerned about its whereabouts, feel free to contact us! We will try our best to answer any and all questions about your order if it is delayed by USPS. It is also advised to contact USPS directly as they will have more information about your package.
We can only send replacements if there is proof that your order was damaged once it arrived to your house. If this occurs, feel free to contact us on Instagram or via email with a photo of the damaged product. We do not give out refunds for products that do not fit once delivered. All items' sizes can be found in their description. We suggest measuring yourself before ordering if you are unsure if something will fit.
