Shipping policy

We process orders within 3-10 business days (excludes federal holidays and weekends). Once it is shipped, it will arrive within 3-5 business days (This excludes international orders which are subject to take longer). I work alone daily while balancing another job and college so I appreciate your patience🤎🦋

Please make sure your address is correct before you place your order. Any order sent back to us will automatically be refunded as it costs extra fees to reship returned packages. It is entirely up to the customer if they would like to re-pay shipping fees to have their order shipped with the correct address.

CelestialJewelzz is not responsible for packages once they have already been shipped and picked up by USPS.

If a package is ever damaged, don’t hesitate to dm or email us for a replacement. Be sure to Dm or Email us a picture for proof of damage.
